The Pakistan border may be subject to increased security measures due to concerns related to the PUBG game. Following the investigation by central agencies, the police have decided to revoke Seema Haider’s bail.
The investigation is focusing on Pakistani mobile phones, SIM cards, and cross-border travels. There are suspicions that Seema may have tampered with evidence or is planning to flee. Based on new evidence, the police are seeking to expand the scope of the case.
If the court accepts the police’s application, Seema may be detained again. The Rabupura police have filed a case against Seema, Sachin Meena, and Netrapal for their alleged entry from Pakistan through Nepal and providing them shelter. The charges they face carry a potential five-year prison sentence. Initially, all three were granted bail, but the police, following legal advice, have prepared a petition to have their bail revoked. Sachin’s situation may worsen if border regulations are tightened.
