Sector-49 SHO Sandeep Chowdhary said Sector-48 resident Dalchand Awana reported last night. He sued Earth Infrastructure Limited Company directors Awadhesh Goyal, Vikas Gupta, Atul Gupta, Rajneesh Mittal, and Ajay Tripathi under sections 420 and 406.
Builder took 90 lakh rupees.
According to the victim, a person named Ajay Tripathi met him in the year 2013. He told them that Earth Infrastructure Company is building shops in its 2 projects, investing money here would give them huge profits. According to the victim, believing Tripathi’s words, he booked two shops in the said project, in lieu of which he gave Rs 90 lakh to the builder. He said that according to the victim, the builder and his men cheated him and took his money. He hasn’t got the shops yet. Several cases have been registered against the builder in the past as well.
