A young man accused Flipkart of fraud. Provided evidence. Flipkart sold Apple’s Airpods Pro Wireless Earphone to a Begusarai, Bihar man. The merchandise arrived on time, but the person tripped upon examining it. because he bought a fake.
The young man had ordered Apple Airpods on July 8, its cost was Rs 20,900. Then this product was given to the person to check the product by the delivery boy in the stipulated time on 9th July, then the whole game started.
After this, when the young man examined the product properly, he came to know that it is fake. After this, on July 9, this person wanted to return the product, but could not. After this, when he downloaded the invoice, it was found that both the serial numbers of the invoice and the product were different. Due to which it is clear that the product is fake.
After this, the young man lodged his complaint on the National Customer Helpline. In which it was told that on July 8, he bought an Airpods Pro from Flipkart, which he received on July 9. The person also said that when he checked the serial number of the product received from Flipkart on Apple’s website, the two turned out to be different.
He also told that he wants a refund or replacement from Flipkart. But according to the allegations, no proper reply was given by the company.
