SuperTech submitted its full plan to NCLT after the Supreme Court gave foreign investors the go-ahead. The business reportedly stated they will receive Rs 12,500 crore after 18 projects. Singapore business approves 1600 crore supertech investment.
On June 27, the ED arrested Supertech owner RK Arora and remanded him to jail for conspiring with the IRP on this plan. Since then, people doubted foreign investment.
The corporate management also promises to finish all remaining projects in two years. Flat buyers will receive their homes.
Foreign money will finish this project.
Supertech Precast Factory, Upcountry, Omicron, Emerald, Romano, North Eye, Supertech Pavilion Meerut, Gurugram, and Uttarakhand projects.
