Kumar also announced a 9-crore tender for regional development initiatives. Resolving street waterlogging and improving Collectorate conditions are part of the remodelling strategy. This programme aims to solve the longstanding water accumulation issue for residents.
Kumar remarked, “The main road often gets flooded, causing inconvenience to the public,” emphasising the need to fix it. He said the initiative would boost Collectorate’s drainage system and infrastructure.
