Noida News. Builders are robbing innocent people for better houses, shops, and plots. In Thana Sector-49, an individual bought two Earth Infrastructure Company shops for Rs 90 lakh from the settlement payment. After several years, the victim has not received the shop or his money back from the constructor.

In 2013, Ajay Tripathi briefed Baraula resident Dalchand Awana about Earth Infrastructure Company’s project and that it had affordable businesses in a better location. After Ajay Tripathi introduced him to Earth Infrastructure Company director Atul Gupta, he paid Rs 90 lakh for two shops. His company and the builder also agreed to hand over both shops by 2017. The accused interrupted him when he wanted the businesses after the deadline. After the nationwide lockdown, he discovered the Earth Infrastructure office closed.
Many police stations have FIRs.
He discovered the builder’s company is a hoax and that numerous police stations have filed FIRs against him. The company’s directors and staff have been imprisoned and don’t own land in Noida or Greater Noida. After learning this, he filed a complaint against firm directors Awadhesh Goyal, Vikas Gupta, Atul Gupta, Rajneesh Mishra, and Ajay Tripathi in Police Station Sector-49, but nothing happened.
The victim begged the court to report the accused after feeling fatigued. The station in-charge said the offender was charged by the court. Police investigate.
